General Hospital Spoilers reveal that after all this time, it seems that Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) may be the one to let Sonny in on this best-kept secret.

Not only does Michael know, but so does Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), and no one has bothered to clue in Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) or Drew in all this time.

Lois discovers something that she is eager to share with Sonny so it could be the truth about the SEC tip. If Sonny finds out that Nina turned in Drew and Carly, Sonny is going to find himself caught in a mess.

Of course, Sonny doesn’t know that Michael has been blackmailing Nina since their wedding either. Sonny could tear into both of them over this situation.

Sonny may talk to Michael and decide it is better if they both stay quiet about this situation. After all, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) has a relationship with her mom and that would likely end if the truth came out.

Both of Michael’s children would be hurt as well because they would likely lose contact with their grandmother.

Carly and Nina would certainly be at odds which would not be good either. Michael would be stuck right back in the middle between them if push comes to shove.
