General Hospital Spoilers: Like Father, Like Son-Damon Montague Is Leopold Taub’s Real Son?
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease like father, like son, in the worst imaginable way. Could Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) be Leopold Taub’s (Chip Lucia) real son, his mother possibly Irene Stanton (uncast character)?
General Hospital Spoilers – Irene Stanton Was Leopold Taub’s First Wife
Irene Stanton was Leopold’s first wife, and also Dominique Stanton Baldwin’s (Shell Danielson) aunt; Leopold had her killed. But they were together long enough that Irene could have given him a son-and possibly put that son up for adoption, for his own protection.
While not much is known of Montague’s past, there are many similarities between how Taub treated Dominique and Montague’s treating Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).
When Taub put Dominique into Shadybrook Sanitarium, he controlled her by giving her sedatives and drugged her so she’d appear insane.
Montague is doing the same thing to Sasha, only instead of Mac Scorpio (John J. York) rescuing Dominique by having himself committed to Shadybrook, it’s Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Ferncliff.
GH Spoilers – Dominique Baldwin And Sasha Gilmore’s Situation-Many Similarities
While Sasha isn’t blood related to anyone in Port Charles-at least not that has been revealed-Dominique Baldwin was Cody’s birth mother.
He was put up for adoption so he didn’t know Dominique, he was raised by the Stanton family’s servants the Bells after being given to them.
As before mentioned, Montague was injecting Sasha with drugs to keep her controllable and committed to Ferncliff, like Taub was with Dominique in Shadybrook.
So there are similarities between Montague and Taub, just as there are similarities between Cody and his birth father Mac, who rescued Dominique in the same way Cody’s rescued Sasha.
If in this situation Mac and Cody are father and son, even though Cody hasn’t told Mac, it would make sense that Montague is Taub’s son.
General Hospital Spoilers – Takedown In Process
There’s a takedown in process, but first they have to get evidence of Montague’s crimes against Sasha. The difference here is that Sasha’s own mother-in-law and financial guardian, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) is in cahoots with Montague.
Cody has Sasha safe but how long can they hide out-Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) want to bring Mac in on the sting.
Mac will most likely be more than happy to take down another one like Taub, and help in the sting, Cody has more than enough to convict Gladys.
The only thing needed is something that can’t be thrown out in court, and they may have to try a little bit harder to get that something!
