While many of us were eager to see Nina’s tricks blow back in her face after Nixon Falls, few were itching to watch these two rekindle anything.
The level of canoodling from him — and giddy schoolgirl giggles from Nina — has some fans nearly sick to their stomachs. Remember that dancing scene at The Savoy? Need we say more? Alright, alright.
Nina and Sonny, we love you guys; we just don’t love you guys together. Fans find their relationship unbelievable and their chemistry non-existent.
Not everyone is rooting for a CarSon reunion, but the majority of fans do seem to hope Sonny and Nina are toast soon.

Recently, Sonny told Nina all that matters to him is that she knows he loves her and they’re together, but his behavior sure does contradict that a bit, don’t you think?
Sonny continues to put Nina to the side, and so far, random evenings out on the dance floor and diamond necklaces have appeased her.
But how long is that going to hold out when Nina is clearly so distraught over being so far down on Sonny’s list?
Rumor has it she’s going to have a conversation with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) soon that only sheds more light on Sonny’s list of priorities — and how Nina is virtually non-existent on it.
She’s known him a long time; will Nina take what Alexis has to say seriously, or brush it off like she did when the message was coming from Sonny’s other baby mama, Ava Jerome (Maura West)?

Truth be told, Nina would never have tolerated being treated the way she is treating Sonny — and that may be why she’s so keen on settling for less than she used to think she deserved.
Besides, she’s made enough mistakes now that she may not think she deserves much anymore.
Furthermore, she is dying to hang onto Sonny no matter what as she remains in constant competition in her mind with Carlly Spencer (Laura Wright).
Still, we saw how lies tore Nina and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) apart. Did she learn nothing from what he put her through?

With the wedding date finally set and plans taking shape for their magical day, fans are wondering just what will transpire and whether the happy couple will make it to Valentine’s Day intact.
Are we about to see their wedding mirror that of Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr), where all of Portia’s lies came out just as they had their first dance?
It’s likely that Sonny is going to smell a rat sooner than Nina walking down the aisle if we had to guess.
How that happens and how easily Nina comes clean, we’ll have to wait and see.
