General Hospital spoilers tease that Drew Cain (Cameron Matheson) is currently serving out a sentence at Statesville for Insider Trading. He was given an unusually long sentence despite making a much more lenient deal prior. Drew has begun to get used to life in prison, despite the constant presence of fellow inmate Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Cyrus, a notorious drug lord, terrorized Port Charles a couple of years ago.
General Hospital Spoilers – Drew Cain saved Cyrus Renault’s life!
Cyrus suffered from a heart attack and Drew saved his life before Cyrus could be taken to General Hospital. Cyrus claims to be a changed man after his near-death experience. But his actions since seem to contradict that.
In fact, Cyrus recently tried and failed to have Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) busted. Cyrus is still scheming and is seems likely that Drew will be the one to figure out that Cyrus is just as dangerous as ever.
GH Spoilers – Drew Cain And Sonny Corinthos Tolerate One Another!
Although their relationship used to be quite contentious, Drew and Sonny have put aside their differences. The fact that Drew sacrificed himself so that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) wouldn’t have to go to prison impressed Sonny.
As far as Drew is concerned, Sonny is the lesser of two evils when compared to Cyrus. Drew is in a position to possibly discover exactly what Cyrus is up to. He will definitely want to find a way to let Sonny know exactly what he is up against!
General Hospital Spoilers – Drew Cain Will Find A Way To reach Sonny Corinthos!
Drew could simply request a meeting with Sonny. But if Sonny showed up to visit Drew, Cyrus would know and Drew could be in serious danger. Likewise, Drew could relay the information through Carly, but that could put Carly in Cyrus’ cross hairs.
Drew’s best move would be to relay the information through Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), who happens to be both Drew and Sonny’s attorney. Meanwhile, Diane is working overtime to find a way to get Drew released.
She believes that the judge who sentenced Drew may have been paid off to give out a higher sentence. She’s currently researching the judge to see what she can find out about his past rulings. Perhaps Drew will be free soon and can relay the information to Sonny in person.
