General Hospital Spoilers: Did Sonny Stage Pikeman To Send Himself To Prison In Search Of A Mole In His Business?

General Hospital spoilers indicate Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) hasn’t had much time to kill over theories about who could have turned him in. Right now, he’s pressed to make sure his attorney, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), can get him out of this. She has every other time before, but Sonny knows this is different; she won’t have to explain it to him.

Still, the mob boss is notorious for being impatient with his demands. Spending time in lock-up is not an option, and yet it sounds like that’s exactly where he’s headed for the foreseeable future. Will a stint on the inside give him insight into who put him there?

General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Corinthos’s Circle Is Innocent

Many fans felt a knee-jerk reaction when Sonny was arrested. Was it Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) who put him in that position? Many questioned it, but Dex seems fairly authentic so far.

Still, others caught wind of his demeanor after Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) told him earlier that night that she wished her mother had never destroyed that flash drive with the Pikeman footage on it.

Dex’s face seemed to say it all and imply that maybe there was a copy or all wasn’t as lost as Joss thought it was. Still, as Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) attempts to unearth clues to who turned Sonny in on the outside, he’ll be hard at work trying to figure out the same from on the inside.

Will his sniffing around lead him to the truth about Dex and his son, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell)?

GH Spoilers – Leak Pikeman Was A Front

Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) may not be Pikeman, but he sure did make good use of Sonny’s eagerness to tread into uncharted waters with the federal defense contractor.

All he needed was the schedule for their shipments to make sure Sonny was taken down, but doesn’t that all seem a little bit too easy?

Was Sonny cruising for this on purpose to lead him back to the person who is pulling the strings behind Pikeman and the Gatlin’s?

Is it possible that Valentin was never working against Sonny but for him, and that Sonny created Pikeman as a means of smoking out a rat he already knew was in his midst? If so, we can rest assured it wasn’t Sonny pretending to be Pikeman who turned on himself.

General Hospital Spoilers — Was Cyrus Behind It All?

Sonny won’t waste time trying to make connections on the inside, and he will probably have a few people he can rely on, like Book (Brad Schmidt).

Cyrus has had a leg up on him there for some time, and he’s formed an alliance with many inmates who have taken the fall for Sonny over the years.

Dejected convicts who have felt inspired by Cyrus and found hope in his message that fairness and a balancing of the scales of power was coming, are going to find themselves rejoicing in his promises coming to fruition.

If Sonny set all of these wheels in motion on purpose just to get Cyrus’ goat, we can’t wait to see it go down. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers so you don’t miss a moment of it either.
