General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Austin Gatlin-Holt’s (Roger Howarth) body should be found soon, so it won’t be long until Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) does some investigating. During the week of November 27-December 1, Dante will react to some troubling news and ask Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) for help with a case.

Of course, it makes sense that Chase will pitch in on the Austin investigation.

Now that Austin has suffered a grim fate under mysterious circumstances, someone needs to get to the bottom of what happened to him.

GH fans will recall that Austin was about to deliver proof for an immunity deal and reveal his boss’ name, but he never made it back to the police station.

Someone wearing what looked like men’s dress shoes took Austin out and disappeared from his house.

Austin made it clear to Dante that he was facing a life-threatening situation.

Dante will hopefully consider the idea that Austin’s boss figured out his plans and silenced him permanently.

However, Dante and Chase will have to explore all possible options as they work to crack the case.

It seems Ava Jerome (Maura West) may find herself on the suspect list as a result – or she could at least become a person of interest.

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will grill Ava about what she knows, so he may hope she hasn’t gotten herself tangled up in another fatality.

Once Sonny gets updates on Austin’s demise, he’ll apparently pump Ava for information.

Dante will eventually interrogate Ava as well, so there may be some clues that point in her direction.

Ava would have a motive to retaliate against Austin after everything he put her through, especially since their connection is what got her kidnapped.

There’s even a chance someone like Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) framed Ava if he was the one who went after Austin.

Maybe setting Ava up to take the fall would be poetic justice in Nikolas’ eyes!

Then again, it could just be a matter of Dante leaving no stone unturned when it comes to Austin’s enemies.

Ava was definitely a foe instead of a friend by the end, so she’ll face some tough questions.

General Hospital spoilers say Dante and Chase will do everything they can to nail down who’s responsible for Austin’s untimely passing, so stay tuned.
