The news of Steve Burton returning home to General Hospital, took the soapverse and fandoms by storm. In fact, even days after his comeback the hype around it is not dying down. Now, his former leading lady has fanned the flames even further by dropping a certain remark. Could this be a hint at an old-flames revival? Let’s find out!

General Hospital: Could We See A Jason – Britt Reunion?

Ahead of his return to the ABC soap, Steve Burton posted a picture on Instagram, informing fans that he returns to PC in the March 5, 2024, episode. Sometime later, former General Hospital star – Kelly Thiebaud commented on the post saying, she will have to tune into GH to check this out!

Thus, affirming that she is very much interested in seeing Jason back on the soap! Long-term fans would remember that back in the day – her character Britt and Jason were a couple on General Hospital. In fact, a much fan-loved one. So we can’t help but wonder if there is any scope of a Britt-Jason reunion!

Back in 2023, Britt died in the most cemented way possible. In her mother’s arms right on-screen for every General Hospital fan to witness. So, even when coming back from the grave is a regular feature on soaps, there are still some deaths that can’t be undone. And hers is just one of them.

But hey! there are still many other ways this reunion could happen! We do know that Jason is in a very tricky position on General Hospital. We don’t know the back story yet, but it seems he is going to be at odds with many characters for a while. Thus, there is a possibility that he may have a vision or a dream about Britt, where she gives him some much needed advice.

So, even if it just for for that one scene, it would still be incredible to see Jason and Britt together again on-screen! Also, if that mini chem-test lights up all the bulbs, there is always the option of Kelly slipping into an all new character! That is certainly nothing unheard of on General Hospital!
