Brings Back Joshua Benard — as a Spoiler for Josslyn and Dex?

At this rate, General Hospital will be revealing that Adam is a surprise kid of Sonny’s any day now!
The week of September 11, ABC’s one and only soap is bringing back Maurice Benard’s real-life son Joshua as Adam, the classmate of Josslyn’s who made such a, ahem, memorable first impression. When he first appeared on the show in 2022, he made a sleazy remark to Joss in the wake of Esme posting her and Cameron’s first time online. Adam later realized what a scuzz he had been and expressed his remorse.
Luckily for him, she accepted his apology — or he’d have had Carly to contend with!

What returns Adam to the canvas? For the moment, that remains TBD. However, we do know that this fall, Joss gets closer to a schoolmate (per Soap Opera Digest’s fall preview). Perhaps she’s thinking that it might be a nice change of pace to be involved with someone who, unlike loverboy Dex, is not in danger 24/7. Or maybe we’re about to learn that there is more to Adam than meets the eye. (Is he Pikeman? We kid.)
