General Hospital spoilers confirm Carly Corinthos Spencer gets the shock of her life this week when she comes face-to-face with Jason Morgan. And her whole world is about change on the ABC soap opera.

General Hospital: Jason Morgan Sighting Ripples through Port Charles

Currently, on GH, news of Jason Morgan‘s (Steve Burton) return is starting to spread throughout Port Charles. The first person to spot Jason was Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). But then, he was shot and is currently fighting for his life at General Hospital.

The next people to learn that Jason is alive were Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and Ava Jerome (Maura West). They saw the drone footage from the skylight at the warehouse where the shooting took place.

And, of course, they couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw Stone Cold. Then, Ava immediately brought the footage to General Hospital to show Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Meanwhile, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) showed up at Spinelli’s and he shared the footage with her.

Then, they were both busted by the FBI. This week, the next person to find out that Jason didn’t die in Greece is Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright). He shows up on her doorstep in desperate need of help. Also, a recent clue suggests his return could tear Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) apart.

Jason Turns to Carly Corinthos Spencer on GH

Soon, on General Hospital, Carly returns home from the Quartermaine mansion and is in for one heck of a shock. Jason is there waiting for her because he got shot on the pier and needs help. As Carly is walking up the stairs, she hears Jason say, “Carly.”

Of course, she knows his voice right away, so she stops in her tracks. She turns and sees him and says, “Oh my God, is it really you?” Then, she runs into his arms, and that’s when she notices he’s hurt. She goes to get the first aid kit.

However, she’s afraid to leave him for fear that he will disappear. But he promises her he’s not going anywhere. She leaves briefly,  then returns and starts to bandage him up on General Hospital. Then, she says she wishes she could call her mom, Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman).

Jason asks her not to call Bobbie. Then, Carly says, “I can’t, she died.” Of course, Jason is heartbroken that he wasn’t there for Carly during that heartbreaking time. They’re both in tears but then, things take a turn. The doorbell rings and it’s the PCPD and the FBI.

Agent John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) is there along with Commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). They are there to arrest Jason claiming he’s the one who tried to shoot Sonny and that he also shot Dante, who might not survive on General Hospital.

Naturally, Carly goes off on them, especially Anna, saying Jason would never hurt Sonny or Dante. Of course, Anna knows this, but at the same time, she can’t deny what’s right in front of her. And soon, the city of Port Charles becomes divided as some believe Jason is innocent, while others do not.

Everything Changes for Carly on General Hospital

Indeed, Jason’s return will flip Carly’s world upside down. Right before he was presumed dead, things were extremely complicated for them. Fans will recall they got married when they thought Sonny was dead. Of course, the marriage was a business move.

However, their old feelings for each other were beginning to surface. In fact, they were just about to consummate their marriage when Sonny showed up. So, Carly went back to Sonny on General Hospital. Later, Jason developed feelings for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

But their feelings were still just below the surface. Now, Carly and Sonny are divorced, and Britt is sadly dead. So, soon, “Jarly” may rise again. Of course, Carly is currently dating and in love with Jason’s twin brother, Drew. However, Carly will never love anyone the way she loves Jason.

Plus, she and Drew are already on shaky ground. Furthermore, Carly’s portrayer, Laura Wright, recently mentioned that some people can’t handle Carly’s loyalty to Jason. No doubt that sounds like Drew. So, all signs point to a “Jarly” reunion on General Hospital.
