Wendy just wants to help Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and his mother, Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun). Could Wendy’s taste of crime be too exciting for her own good, though? Fans could witness Wendy going through an unexpected transformation.

Wendy Shin’s Dismissals

DOOL spoilers reveal that ever since Wendy’s introduction, she has fought uphill battles. Wendy is incredibly smart, but never gets the same treatment as her brother, Li Shin (Remington Hoffman).

While Li and Wendy’s father is traditional, he is also unfair. Wendy worked twice as hard as Li, but got half the respect and opportunities.

It seems that since then, Wendy is continually dismissed. This even happens at Wendy’s own job. Well, at least her former job now that she’s been canned by EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).

Wendy has been there for Tripp as he copes with Ava’s situation. Tripp was glad that his mother was getting help at Bayview.

However, now EJ has hired a hitwoman, who failed to kill Ava. Now Ava and Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) are on the run. While the pair are fugitives, they are also searching for answers.

It seems that Ava and Harris might connect the dots in London. While Ava and Harris could find Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) alive, this story is far from over.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Tripp never asked Wendy to help Ava. Wendy took it upon herself to offer passport help.

Wendy did such a good job that others commented on the professionalism of the passports. The passports were also good enough to let Ava and Harris cross international borders.

Then, Wendy took it upon herself to snoop in EJ’s phone. While Wendy’s intentions were good, getting caught could have caused serious problems. Wendy is lucky that she just got fired.

At the same time, Wendy really seems to light up when she gets to snoop and scheme. Perhaps Wendy is getting a taste of crime that will change her forever. It’s totally possible that Wendy could actually enjoy living life on the edge.

Once Ava’s life is no longer in danger, she will return to Salem. When that happens, Ava and Wendy could bond.

Ava will want to personally thank Wendy for putting so much on the line to help her. Wendy will be glad to offer her help, but this taste of crime could send the character in a new professional direction.

This doesn’t mean that Wendy will turn to the mob. Many people like this use these “dark traits” to do good, like private investigating or police work.

With Wendy out of a job and the Shin name getting tarnished in Salem, perhaps the young woman is ready for something new. After all, there is so much that can be done with Wendy besides love triangles.
