Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, August 22, reveal that Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will consider telling EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) the truth about the paternity of Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) baby.
Melinda tried to force Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) to take on Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) as a client and feed her inside information from him. Trask needs a big win to fend off Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) now that she’s sliding in the mayor role.
However, Sloan refused to cooperate and decided to confess everything to Eric Brady (temporarily played by Jason Gerhardt). Now a frustrated Melinda has a chance to deliver the paternity shocker to EJ, which would be fun for her since she’s never been a fan of the devious DiMera.
Although Melinda will come close to spilling the paternity beans, it looks like she’ll decide to keep her mouth shut and leave EJ in the dark for now.
Other Days spoilers say Li will set the stage for a very romantic evening with Melinda. Although Melinda and Li are still using each other, there’s also a spark between them that’ll make their continued involvement quite complicated.
While Li moves forward with date night plans, Sloan’s confession to Eric will be derailed. Before Sloan can come clean about rigging the DNA test and changing the genetic testing results, she’ll face some excruciating cramps.
Days spoilers say Eric will insist on taking Sloan to the hospital right away, but things will go from bad to worse once she’s there. DOOL fans can expect Sloan to collapse, so she’ll stun Eric and leave them both worried as she’s admitted.
Eric will do his best to support Sloan as she gets an ultrasound done ASAP. Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) will perform it and eventually deliver some updates on the condition Sloan’s unborn child is currently in.
While Eric and Sloan find out if they’re facing a tragic outcome, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will need someone to talk to. Nicole will be the one who steps up to listen and offer advice about Johnny’s love life.
Days spoilers say Johnny will open up about his true feelings for Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and his dilemma since he overheard her making date plans with Talia Hunter (Aketra Sevillian).
Nicole may point out that Chanel probably still has reservations about Talia due to all the drama that happened between them. Talia and Chanel aren’t in too deep, so now’s the time for Johnny to share what’s in his heart.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Johnny and Chanel will eventually get honest about what they feel for each other, so this could become a turning point for these exes and lead to good news for their future.
