Sloan’s Baby-Stealer Plot – Raises Nicole’s Newborn with Eric After Bogus Adoption?
Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) could make another desperate move to ensure Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) becomes a father. DOOL fans know Sloan feels incredibly guilty for changing the DNA results and adjusting the genetic testing results, too.
However, Sloan was just too afraid that if Eric knew the truth, he’d reunite with Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and raise their child together.
The thought of losing Eric was too much for Sloan to bear – and now Days spoilers say she’s dug a hole for herself that she can’t climb out of.
There’s just no way Sloan can come clean at this point and hold onto Eric.
That’s why Sloan constantly pushes that guilt aside and tries to keep her eye on the prize since she wants to be with Eric forever.
Although Sloan lost her baby and probably can’t have one of her own, she recently proposed the idea of adoption.
Eric didn’t look sold just yet, but Sloan’s excitement over the suggestion could catch on with him eventually.
Since Eric truly wants to be a father, Days spoilers say Sloan might get him on board with the idea of adopting a baby with her and living happily ever after.
Naturally, adoption stories tend to come with a twist on soaps, especially if someone’s already got a bun in the oven.
Nicole’s baby is just waiting to be stolen now that we know Sloan wants to adopt.
It’s easy to imagine some soapy scenario where Sloan is able to steal Nicole’s baby with the help of some shady doctor.
Maybe Sloan can fake all the legal documentation and make Eric think this bogus adoption is legit.
The goal would be to make sure Eric has a chance to raise his own child – even if he doesn’t know it.
In other words, Sloan might orchestrate some scheme where Nicole believes her baby is stillborn and faces devastation while Sloan raises the stolen baby with Eric – at least until the phony adoption is exposed.
Nicole and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) could be stuck grieving the loss while Sloan plays Mommy alongside Daddy Eric, who’d be the baby’s actual biological father.
Of course, there’s a chance this Days storyline will play out another way entirely, but it’s worth considering a baby-stealer plot now that Sloan has brought up adoption.
