Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Melinda Trask Paid A Shady Doctor To Lie

When Melinda and Dimitri gave the baby to Sloan, Melinda said she’d pay a shady doctor to lie and say Nicole’s baby died. That way, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and everyone else would think that Melinda found Sloan and Eric their own baby to adopt, which wasn’t expected to go through.

Melinda, no longer the district attorney after being fired, is now in private practice and agreed to handle the adoption of a baby for Sloan and Eric.

No one had expected what happened that night-Leo and Dimitri on the run and colliding with a very pregnant Nicole, who seemed upset as she was driving, reason unknown.

Leo delivered him and Dimitri brought him to the hospital, before Nicole was fully aware, and EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) found him missing from a baby carriage at the scene.

When everyone was checked out, the baby, who was checked out by the shady doctor Melinda paid more than likely was ok-but only Melinda, Sloan, Leo and possibly Dimitri knew.

To EJ and Nicole, the story was the baby died, possibly en route in the ambulance which no doubt carried both of them, where he went missing from the carriage.

Apparently Nicole was unconscious and could not hold the baby in the ambulance; and Eric happens to be there and holds her as she cries-with a jealous EJ looking on.

So as far as anyone knows, the baby that Sloan and Eric have is their own adopted baby; but then something happens that turns Sloan’s world upside down!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – The Baby Needs Blood From A Biological Relative

It turns out that the baby needs blood from a biological relative, preferably a parent, and Sloan can’t manipulate this to hide the truth!

Sloan miscarried Eric’s baby with her and because of a rare condition, she cannot have children, therefore the adoption quest-Melinda would have to do some very fancy footwork.

They can’t test EJ or Nicole or Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) or Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) or Eric or any of the Brady family or Sloan to donate blood.

That would show Eric to be the biological father of the baby, and Nicole to be the mother-what can they do? Let the baby die from some strange genetic disease, or let themselves be arrested, having to come clean?
