Just as news spread about Sloan’s pregnancy, her miscarriage will equally do the rounds. It won’t take long for Nicole to hear about it, and while she may not be overly fond of Ms. Petersen, her heart will hurt for both her and Eric.
Nicole has a lot on her plate right now between wedding plans, pregnancy, and working at Basic Black. Still, she may “make” time to reach out to Sloan.
Walker knows how lonely it can feel to lose a baby. She’s not friends with Sloan, but she does have a heart. Ms. Petersen will likely be an emotional mess, but perhaps talking things out with Nicole, someone who understands what she’s going through, could help.

Sloan was about to tell Eric the truth behind what she’s been hiding, which is that he’s the father of Nicole’s baby, not EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel); however, she slumped down before she could.
After Eric rushed her to the hospital, the couple found out a heartbeat could not be found. Losing their baby will only make Sloan feel as if she’s backed into a corner.
She’ll continue to lie about the true paternity of Nicole’s baby, but if she and Walker bond and become friends, her scheming to keep Eric out of the loop will not only destroy her romance with him but potentially also her budding friendship with Nicole.
