May Not Just Be Building to the Ultimate Fan Reward But Also a Jaw-Dropping Reveal!
Days of Our Lives has had a wild couple of years. Back in 2022 the show jumped from its home of nearly six decades, moving from NBC to streaming on Peacock. In 2023 they launched the story that would bring Bo and Hope back together (which, admittedly, we’re still kind of waiting to finish) on mainstream Days of Our Lives for the first time in years.
We know that 2025 will be the show’s 60th anniversary, which is guaranteed to big… but what about 2024? We can’t imagine it passing by without some major news as the folks at Days of Our Lives would want to keep building momentum as we move into the milestone celebration. And now we’re pretty sure we now know when that news might be dropped: This year’s Day of Days celebration!
The show just dropped the announcement that the yearly fan event will be taking place on October 21 at Peacock Place at L.A. Live in Los Angeles, and we couldn’t be more excited! For one thing, Days of Our Lives knows how to do like no other show, it’s reward fans.
The event, as it is every year, is completely free to attend, which is a departure from most fan events. Autograph signings, Q&As, meet and greets — the folks at the show make sure anyone who wants to get to meet the cast can. Though they haven’t yet released the official breakdown of who will be there, you can bet that it’ll be a huge chunk of the cast.
Last year, the show dropped the big announcement that Bo and Hope would be returning in 2023. We know, it didn’t turn out quite like we hoped… but it still gave us their return and set the stage for their eventual real, lasting reunion. So the big question is: What will this year’s Day of Days hold for us? A Sami return for a major storyline that would throw EJ and Nicole into turmoil? A entirely new backstory (again) for John, connecting him to one of the show’s major families once again? Will the strikes finally be over??
