Gwen ESCAPES Salem, Takes Away Everything From Dimitri
It seems like Leo has finally starting catching up about Dimitri not being Prince Charming on Days of Our Lives was bang on. Unfortunately though, instead of saving his bestie from Dimitri’s devious plans. He got embroiled in a clandestine affair of his own with him. Worse yet, not only is Leo betraying Gwen, he is doing it all for money. For the longest time it felt like Gwen was being too oblivious of all the sneaky that going on under her nose. However, the recent episodes have revealed that’s not the case. Moreover, the seasoned schemer has a plan of her own to get back on her hubby! So keep reading to find out what’s about to go down in Salem!
Gwen Strikes A Deal With Kristen
After a long stretch of cat and mouse chase between Gwen, Dimitri and Leo, the truth is finally out. What we assumed were just close calls on Days of Our Lives wren’t actually so! Gwen was not acting out of character. In fact, she has been pulling a ruse of her own all along! In the recent episode, when Kristen admitted the truth about Dimitri’s plan and betrayal with Leo. Gwen surprised us all by stating that she has been in the know for a while now!
Although no explanation was given about how and when she found it! Maybe the makers are saving that revelation for when she finally confronts Dimitri on Days of Our Lives. Until then we will just have to satiate ourselves with the fact that Gwen is still the sharp tool that we have known her to be all these years. As for, why she is hiding the truth! Well, for the money of course! Gwennie dearest is hoping to turn the tables on her hubby. Dimitri just received the first installment of his inheritence! Which, by the way, is a whopping 10 mil! And Gwen has her eyes on the prize!
Gwen Leaves Dimitri High and Dry On Days of Our Lives
After having her heartbroken by her husband, as well as, her best friend on Days of Our Lives. Gwen is now focusing on something that won’t break her heart! A big fat cheque! Moreover, she will now hope to get Kristen on board with her for help. Obviously, Dimitri has been depending on Kristen with his plans. Thus, if Gwen pulls her aunt-in-law to her team, she will be able to one-up Dimitri! However, chances are that Gwen will wait for all the installments to come in and then take off with all the loot!
Of course, after giving Kristen her cut on Days of Our Lives. DOOL spoilers tease that in the end, Gwen will leave Dimitri penny less and humiliated. However, it is to be noted, that this grand escape will only mark the end of Gwen’s run on the Peacock soap. Word on the block is that Emily O’Brein will be soon slipping into Theresa’s shoes. So we will still get to see her on the soap. Only, not as Gwen! What remains to be seen is, what Dimitri will do once Gwen leaves Salem with all his money! What do you think?
