Labor of Love: Watch Days of Our Lives’ Carson Boatman *Really* Go Through Pregnancy With His Wife
There are a ton of firsts when it comes to being a new parent. Despite having been married at one point, Days of Our Lives Johnny and Chanel are nowhere near that milestone. (And if Holly has her say, they’ll never make it!) Carson Boatman and wife Julana Dizon, on the other hand, have been building to an exciting first for the past nine months. And no, we aren’t talking about the birth of their child — though that’s coming any day now with the couple’s baby due in December!
No, instead we’re talking about the opportunity to have Boatman walk a mile in his wife’s shoes. Or rather, in her baby bump. The couple strapped three pumpkins to his front and set him about to perform a few basic tasks in a string of moments that mom-to-be has “been waiting nine months” for.
Check out Boatman below getting a much greater appreciation for what his wife has been going through when he was faced with such tasks as picking things up, putting on shoes and rolling over in bed! “How do we think he did,” Dizon asked in her Instagram post. Watch him try everything out and judge for yourselves!
The fans weren’t the only ones to get a kick out of the little experiment as Tamara Braun (Ava) chimed in to let the couple know she was losing it watching the Instagram reel. “This is so good,” she wrote. “I’m dying.”
Well, if there’s one thing we learned, it’s how strong cling wrap is! That and exactly what Boatman thinks about being pregnant. When asked, he managed to get out an, “Um….” before pausing. “My thoughts are just that I want to take this off.”
“Well you can’t for nine months,” Dizon told him. Yikes! Well, we guess the DiMera household is about to get a whole lot more interesting on Days of Our Lives!
