Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will turn down a chance at Christmas shopping and leave Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) uneasy. Paulina is normally full of energy, so it’ll seem weird when she just wants to stay home and nap on the couch.
Chanel will also recall that Paulina recently seemed overly tired and went to bed early.
Paulina has been out of sorts lately – and Chanel will suspect it’s more than just feeling down in the dumps over Lani Grant’s (Sal Stowers) delayed release.
Days spoilers confirm there’s something wrong with Paulina, so Chanel will start to worry about that and will pressure her mom into a doctor’s appointment.
It won’t be long until Chanel’s by Paulina’s side at University Hospital, where Paulina will no doubt insist this is a lot of hassle for nothing.
Paulina will inevitably downplay her exhaustion and other related symptoms.
This is a busy time of year anyway, but Paulina has also been adjusting to her mayoral role – all while juggling her attempt to make Abe Carver (James Reynolds) fall back in love with her.
Paulina will act like it’s reasonable for her to be tired, but Chanel will think it’s important for her mother to look into this.
Chanel loves her mom dearly, so she’ll urge Paulina to get examined and let the doctor run any necessary tests.
Deep down, Chanel will have a gut feeling that Paulina is up against something worse than she realizes.
There’ll be some scary moments for Chanel during the week of December 18-22, even as she’s trying to be strong for Paulina.
Days spoilers say Paulina will indeed undergo some testing later, so this will lead to difficult results and an explanation for why she’s tired all the time now.
It looks like Paulina will face a dreadful diagnosis, so it could be a situation where her life’s in jeopardy.
Although Paulina will initially hide her health struggles from Abe, Days spoilers say he’ll eventually find out what’s really going on.
Will that lead to Abe proposing to Paulina and suggesting that he wants a wedding do-over?
There’s been a lot of talk about Abe and Paulina’s previous nuptials on DOOL, so it seems likely another marriage ceremony is coming up.
Abe may want to renew his vows with Paulina before it’s too late, so that could also lead to his memories returning and make all this bittersweet.
Of course, Paulina may get a miraculous cure when the time is right, but there’ll be some terror for the people who care about her in the meantime.
